NHK IV Plus Bi-LED Projector

The NHK IV  (Generation IV) Plus will performs in any headlight application you can fit it into with high quality internal drivers.  It simply fits inside, no need for grommets, relays, clunky wiring - making your headlight builds completely waterproof and free of outside debris.  This is a single core Bi-LED projector like others on the market but has one of the widest and best patterns with a dense light throughout the range.  However, since they are fan coole, you should allow some room from the back of the ousing the back of the projector fan base.

How does it stack up compared to HID?

HID Projectors are $120-200, HID quality ballasts are $120-150 with quality bulbs, and in some cases, you'll need a relay harness and other parts.  This is just mount and go. AND you don't have to worry about longevity or a bulb burning out.

The IV Plus has dense hotspot that doesn't just dissipate - it's powerful throughout the range below the cut off line. And it has that famous flicker that many HID projectors are known for. But of course it's a Bi-LED, so you have the secondary chip for the full high beam operation when the shield drops.

Mounting:

This projector is similar to the mounting pattern of other 3.0" projecotrs (Morimoto D2S 5.0, NHK G5-R, G5-X, G5XX) - perfect for use in most Hella BMW and Mercedes lights.

POWER

Maximum flexibilty for wiring with 2 LOW BEAM Polarity Wires (RED/BLACK), and 2 High beam Polarity (BLUE/WHITE).  You can use H7, 9006, etc adaptesr or just splice, solder, or wire nut them tight inside the housing.
