Fresh: Osram ballasts are included, though may not be 100% brand new, they are guaranteed tested, working, and include a warranty. The wiring and bulb options are brand new in factory sealed packaging.

NOTE: 45w ballasts do not mount to the headlight directly. An auxiliary mount such as to the radiator support is required.

Wiring: The Morimoto F150 Spec Relay Harness features an all-new advanced hi/low control relay, 14 gauge stranded copper wire wrapped in durable black tech-flex mesh that looks like a factory harness once installed. No cutting or splicing here: there are only five connections and they're all plug-n-play to make the headlights work on your truck.
