Before you can do any glue removal you have to remove the lenses. Most lenses requier 200-250 degrees Farenheit to open, but even when warmed up, some glue can be hard to open. These tools allow you to get under the lens grove and pull through the hold that the old glue has on the lenses without damaging the back part of the lenses.

These tools have a left hand model and  right hand model so that you never have to worry about bending your arms in unnatural ways to open the lenses. When usesd with the cold glue removal tools, you too can be a professional retrofitter!
