As enthusiasts, we wanted to produce a wheel that was similar to the popular factory look but made some key improvements. Since the new factory wheels (BBS TRD PRO) are usually out of the average budget, we worked with a manufacturer that would be able to help us produce a wheel with performance using flow formed manufacturing techniques.  These wheels had to be strong, within the same reasonable weight as the original (we did better), flow formed technology (aka flow forged), and a knurled bead to prevent tire slippage during those rougher than normal off road excursions.

A key design element that will strike you immediately is that we have 5 "forged pads" that will signify the key elements of the wheel. Mountains, Dirt, Snow, Rain, and of course FORGED.  This aesthetically reinforces and represents the main use for these wheels.  Our design doesn't scream "pavement princess" even though it is beautifully finished, it evokes a rugged, difficult to damage wheel intended for real world usage.

Why build another wheel and drop it into the market that already has hundreds from well known brands?  Because nothing on the market offers the 3 key elements: Price/Quality/Weight. Too many optinos on the market are expensive for quality. Too many options weigh too much relative to their price.  We focused on strength to weight ratio, minimal price, and quality finish, but also a wheel that won't let your tire slip
